Final site allocation rests solely with the Expo organisers. Only a limited number of sites are available. Location preferences will be met where possible; however, HikeWest gives no guarantees in this regard. Allocated site number and Site Holder Info Pack, including Final Venue Map and Terms & Conditions will be emailed direct to successful applicants approximately 4 weeks prior to the event. Maps and lists will also be available on-site at the event. HikeWest reserves the right to select site holders at its discretion and to reject exhibits that are not suitable.
HikeWest will email successful applicants with instructions for payment of fees not less than 4 weeks prior to the event. Payment must be received prior to the Expo to retain a site booking. No refunds will apply for cancellations or weather.
Most sites do not have direct vehicle access, but are within 50m of vehicle drop-off points; exhibitors will have only short distances to trolley in or carry in gear. An off-road area, immediately northwest of the Expo venue, with direct access off Allen Rd, will be reserved mainly for convenient nearby parking for exhibitors and other site holders after bumping-in. Information on site set-up and ‘bump-in’ and ‘bump-out’ requirements will be emailed direct to successful applicants at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
We encourage site holders and others to promote the event and to make use of the Marketing Toolkit. All promotion by all exhibitors and others participating in the Expo should include the words:
“WA Hiking Expo 2021 – presented by HikeWest”.
All Site holders must have Public Insurance. All insurance and liability from an exhibitor’s activities at the Fair are their own responsibility. HikeWest accepts no liability for any injury or damage arising from your participation in the Expo. Please complete the Public Liability details on the application form.
