Mundaring Weir View Walk

This popular short, marked circuit trail includes a short section of the Bibbulmun Track. The trail passes through mixed jarrah and marri forest, with some wandoo, and abundant Xanthorrhaea (balgas) and zamia palms. The Weir View Lookout platform provides a magnificent view of Lake CY O’Connor and the Weir wall. The ‘Dreaming Rocks’ are also a nice spot to stop for a while and soak up the forest atmosphere.

This walk is suitable for adults and accompanied children (6 years and over).  There are some steep slopes and steps to negotiate. The trail markers are small blue triangles bearing a picture of the Weir wall.
